The trial
30 days of Complete, no card, with 1 GB of storage and videos up to 3 minutes. Reminders on day 25 and day 29. If you do not continue, your stories stay readable and exportable for 90 days and the Plan side is untouched.
Storage
Complete includes 10 GB for stories, recordings, and photos. Your firm's documents do not count. Add 100 GB for $29 a year, any number of blocks. Warnings at 80, 95, and 100 percent. Nothing you saved is ever deleted because of space.
For firms
Free to join. Complete seats if you want them.
A firm pays nothing to use Legacy Guard with its households. To cover Complete for clients, buy seats in blocks. One seat covers one household for one year. Assign and release from the household page.
Seat blocks are priced by the size of the firm's own purchase, never by what any client pays. Firms, request a demo for pricing.
Many firms fold Complete into their own fee so the client never sees a Legacy Guard charge.
Three ways a household gets Complete
- The client pays directly. Monthly or yearly, by card, with Manage billing to change the card or cancel.
- The firm assigns a seat. From the household page. Release puts the household back on Basic and returns the seat.
- The firm buys for its whole book. Same thing with a bigger block.
Whichever way, it is the same record and the same features.

What is free?

What does Complete cost?
$149 a year or $14.99 a month, with 10 GB of story storage. Complete includes everything on the Plan side and the whole Stories side.
Is there a trial?
Yes. A 30 day trial of Complete with no card. During the trial you get 1 GB of storage and videos stop at 3 minutes. If you do not continue, your stories stay readable for 90 days and the Plan side is untouched.
What if I need more storage?
Add 100 GB for $29 a year, as many blocks as you need. You are warned by email at 80, 95, and 100 percent. Nothing you saved is ever deleted because of space.
What happens if I cancel Complete?
Your household enters Kept mode for two years: everything saved stays readable, exportable, and deliverable, and nothing new can be added. Reactivate brings Complete back. A one time 20 year hold for $199 keeps everything held whatever happens to the plan.
Can my firm pay for Complete?
Yes. Firms buy Complete seats in blocks of 10, 25, or 50 and assign one to your household for a year. Many firms fold that into their own fee so you never see a Legacy Guard charge.
